Every player receives two personalized holographic trading cards from Iconix Prints. By December 1, 2026, email iconixcustomcards@gmail.com with:

- A roster spreadsheet with names and uniform numbers

The Convention & 60-Minute Team Experience
Saturday and Sunday, January 16–17, in the Luxor's Egyptian Ballroom: more than 60 brands and exhibitors, creator meet-and-greets, and your team's dedicated one-hour experience.
Your team experience stations
Your time slot is mandatory. Slots are released January 11, 2027. Players rotate in roster order, so arrive 15 minutes early, in uniform, with your full roster.

The Tournament
USSSA-sanctioned, 8U through 18U, at premier facilities across Las Vegas, with Unrivaled Sports Complex as the main hub.
Additional facilities include Arroyo Grande Sports Complex, Mission Hills Park and Rainbow Park. Field assignments vary by division.
USSSA registration is required
Every team must be registered with USSSA for 2027, with a current online roster, before taking the field.

- Create a manager account, or log in if you're returning.
- Complete the manager background check (allow 2–5 business days).
- Register your team for 2027: Baseball, age division and classification, then pay the annual fee.
- Enter your online roster. Names and birthdates must match birth certificates or passports.
- Confirm team insurance through your USSSA manager account.
Host hotel: Luxor
This is a stay-to-play event. Book through the official room block before it closes on December 15, 2026.
Six-room minimum. Each out-of-area team must reserve at least six (6) rooms through the room block. Teams that don't meet the minimum are subject to a $1,000 stay-to-play buyout. Local Las Vegas-area teams are exempt.
List only two guests per reservation to keep the group rate. Every room has two beds; a third or fourth guest adds a per-person, per-night charge.
Three nights, Friday to Monday, is about $434 per room including tax and resort fees.
