Team Experience Check-In Instructions

• Check-in is required 10 minutes prior to your scheduled Team Experience time.
• Please arrive with your full team together (players and coaches).
• Check-in will take place at the Team Experience Check-In Area inside the convention.
• Upon check-in, your team will receive:
  • Confirmation of your start time
  • Your assigned starting station
  • Staff direction for the experience rotation

To ensure a smooth and on-time experience for all teams, we appreciate your cooperation with arriving promptly at your assigned time.

What to Expect During the Team Experience

Each team will move through a specially curated Team Experience Circuit designed to give players a fun, high-energy, and memorable experience together.

As a team, players will enjoy:

• A walk-up music and team announcement experience
• Media Day-style photos
• A team podcast interview
• Interactive entertainment
• Hands-on product demos

Teams will remain together throughout the experience and rotate between stations when directed by event staff. The total experience lasts approximately 50 minutes, after which teams are free to explore the convention at their own pace.
