*All participating teams will receive FREE entry into The Baseball Convention on January 17-18
Each Player Receives:
3 complimentary weekend passes per player to The Baseball Convention (family and friends are welcome to utilize the tickets)

Cancellation Policy | Inclement Weather | Refunds:
If Zero Games are played, 75% of entry fee will be returned as a credit for a future event operated by TBC Tournaments.
If 25% of your guaranteed tournament games are played, 40% of entry fee will be returned as a credit for a future event run by TBC Tournaments
If you play 2 or more of your scheduled games, that is considered a full tournament.
Credits are valid for 1 year (12 months) from the start date of the cancelled event.
*Teams that cancel after an event is completely sold out are not eligible for any refunds or credits.
*Cancellations occurring within 90 days of an event are not eligible for refunds or credits.
