THE KICKOFF FESTIVAL EXPERIENCE
Location: Rainbow Family Park
Festival Hours: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
The Kickoff Festival officially opens The Baseball Convention Experience Weekend with an energetic, family-friendly evening designed to celebrate the game, spotlight athletes, and introduce immersive experiences to come.
ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
VIP / PARTICIPATING TEAM & FAMILY CHECK-IN
Begins: 3:00 PM
Location: Official Check-In Tent (near the main field)
- Priority check-in for participating teams and families
- Credential badges issued
- Event staff available to assist with directions and questions
HOME RUN DERBY PARTICIPANT CHECK-IN (SELECTED PLAYERS ONLY)
Time: 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM (MANDATORY)
- Required for all coach-selected Home Run Derby participants
- Players will receive:
- Official Home Run Derby credential
- Derby wristband
- Instructions for next steps
- Players not checked in by 3:30 PM will not be permitted to compete
OPENING CEREMONY

CHAMPIONSHIP HOME RUN DERBY
4:05 PM – 6:20 PM
A division-by-division showcase with champions crowned live on the field. Each division completes competition before the next begins to maintain pace and energy.

INSTRUCTORS HOME RUN DERBY
6:30 PM – 7:00 PM
A high-energy exhibition featuring instructors and special guests — a fan favorite and a fun transition into the evening experience.
FESTIVAL ATMOSPHERE & ACTIVATIONS (ONGOING)
Throughout the evening, attendees can enjoy:
- Live DJ and music
- Emcee-led entertainment
- Food trucks and vendors
- Family Fun Zone
- Blitz Ball Super Stars
- Open social and viewing areas
COSMIC BASEBALL EXPERIENCE WITH GLOWBALL NATION
Friday Night Preview | 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM
The field and surrounding areas transform into a glow-in-the-dark baseball environment featuring illuminated baseballs, lighting effects, music, and interactive cosmic elements.
Participation Details
- Offered on a first-come, first-served basis
- GlowBall Nation will work diligently to allow as many players as possible to participate
- Families are encouraged to arrive early

THE BASEBALL CONVENTION
LUXOR HOTEL & CASINO — LAS VEGAS
Saturday is the core convention day, focused on education, connection, and hands-on baseball experiences for players, parents, and coaches.
ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN (LUXOR)
Attendee Check-In
- All convention attendees should check in upon arrival
- Attendees should present a digital or printed copy of their ticket or ticket ID number
- Upon verification, attendees will receive their official convention credential and be granted access to all scheduled convention areas
- Event staff will be available throughout the venue to assist as needed
We recommend arriving early to allow time for check-in and to fully experience the convention.
SATURDAY CONVENTION EXPERIENCE (ONGOING)
The convention is designed as a self-guided experience, allowing families to explore at their own pace throughout the day.
Attendees can expect:
- Interactive baseball activations
- Featured speakers and presentations
- Vendor and exhibitor showcases
- Educational and inspirational sessions
- Opportunities to connect with other baseball families and leaders
Session times, speaker schedules, and featured experiences will be posted on-site and announced throughout the day.

Each Player Receives:
4 complimentary weekend passes per player to The Baseball Convention (family and friends are welcome to utilize the tickets)

Cancellation Policy | Inclement Weather | Refunds:
If Zero Games are played, 75% of entry fee will be returned as a credit for a future event operated by TBC Tournaments.
If 25% of your guaranteed tournament games are played, 40% of entry fee will be returned as a credit for a future event run by TBC Tournaments
If you play 2 or more of your scheduled games, that is considered a full tournament.
Credits are valid for 1 year (12 months) from the start date of the cancelled event.
*Teams that cancel after an event is completely sold out are not eligible for any refunds or credits.
*Cancellations occurring within 90 days of an event are not eligible for refunds or credits.
