Festival Fast Pass – Your red VIP wristband is your skip-the-line pass at every TBC activation, brand experience, and festival station.

VIP Hospitality Lounge Access – Dedicated lounge access.

Priority Festival Credits Bonus – 40 bonus festival credits used for festival games with prizes.

Unlimited skill development training sessions – Book your hitting, pitching, fielding or catching lessons with social media’s top instructors. Instructions to be provided at a later date.

HOW TO PICK UP YOUR VIP WRISTBAND
Your VIP credential is a red TBC Experience wristband — it’s your all-access key for all four days. Once it’s on, you’re set: skip the lines and walk into the hospitality lounge. No badges, no lanyards, no fumbling with paper tickets.

When: Friday, January 15 · 1:00 PM – Pickup is open all weekend.
Where: VIP Welcome Table · Kickoff Festival – Look for the VIP signage. Dedicated lane, separate from general check-in.

LATE ARRIVAL
No problem. Wristband pickup remains available throughout the weekend at the VIP Hospitality Lounge.

WHAT TO BRING TO PICKUP
Photo ID (Photo ID).
This confirmation email – printed or on your phone.

ABOUT YOUR RED VIP WRISTBAND
Wear it from the moment it’s applied through your entire stay. It’s how our staff knows you’re VIP at every checkpoint.

Waterproof. Shower with it, swim with it, wear it through anything Las Vegas weather throws at us.

Lost wristband replacement: $25 at the VIP Hospitality Lounge with photo ID.

December 15, 2026 – VIP Welcome Packet emailed: schedule preview and venue map.

January 8, 2027 – Day-of-arrival reminder with last-minute logistics transportation info

IMPORTANT POLICIES
TRANSFER – VIP Passes are transferable to another adult family member up to January 8, 2027. Reply to this email to initiate a transfer.

REFUND POLICY – Full refund (less 10% processing) prior to November 15, 2026. 50% refund through December 15, 2026. No refunds after December 15. Event credits are available for documented emergencies and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

INCLEMENT WEATHER – TBC is rain-or-shine. In the event of severe weather requiring evacuation or full cancellation, VIP holders receive priority on rescheduled events or partial refund.
