YOUR AUDIENCE IS ALREADY HERE! – READY TO BUY?

9U – 14U FAMILIES

HIGH-INTENT BUYERS

These aren’t window shoppers. TBCE families have already invested $1,195+ to be here. They’re high-income, high-intent decision-makers actively seeking products, services, and brands that align with their kids’ baseball passion.

PURCHASE-READY MINDSET

$3,000+

Average family spend per event week on hotels, meals, gear, and activations. They came to invest.

HIGH HOUSEHOLD INCOME

$127K

40% above national average. Parents are established professionals with disposable income for premium youth sports.

ACTIVE PRODUCT DISCOVERY

3-Day Dwell

Families spend 18+ hours on-site across 3 days – ample time for product demos, trials, and meaningful conversations.

WHY THIS DEMOGRAPHIC MATTERS

Kids aged 9–14 are forming brand loyalties that will last decades. Parents in this segment spend $8,200+ annually per child on youth sports — equipment, instruction, travel, nutrition, and apparel. An exhibitor booth at TBC Experience gives you face-to-face access to the most valuable consumer demographic in youth sports — at the exact moment they’re ready to buy.

WHY THE FLOOR WORKS

FOOT TRAFFIC BY DESIGN

At TBC Experience, attendance isn’t left to chance. Every team’s time on the expo floor is built into the event itself — delivering a steady, all-day stream of your exact audience right past your booth.

01

MANDATORY ATTENDANCE

Every player and parent, from every team, is required to attend their 60-Minute Team Experience on the show floor. The entire event comes to you — no empty aisles, no chasing traffic.

02

EVERY HOUR, ALL DAY

Teams arrive continuously, hour after hour, for their dedicated 60-minute experience. Foot traffic holds steady from open to close — never front-loaded, never quiet by mid-afternoon.

03

FESTIVAL GAMES THROUGHOUT

Festival games with premium and standard prizes are staged across the expo floor, drawing families deep into the aisles and keeping them engaged between sessions — right where your booth is.

For an exhibitor, that means a continuous flow of high-intent baseball families past your booth every hour the doors are open — not a hopeful estimate, but the way the event is built to run.

BRANSON, MO · BALLPARKS OF AMERICA

WELCOME TO

VENDOR VILLAGE

The Baseball Convention Experience Midwest at Ballparks of America is an unconventional expo like nothing you’ve seen before — a unique fusion of elite tournament play, festival energy, and cutting-edge product discovery. Vendor Village is the beating heart of it all.

AERIAL VIEW

Vendor Village features dedicated indoor and outdoor festival space at the epicenter of Ballparks of America, strategically positioned for maximum foot traffic and engagement.

INDOOR & OUTDOOR ACTIVATION

This isn’t a traditional expo hall. Vendors are strategically positioned throughout Vendor Village — both indoors and outdoors — creating an immersive, festival-style experience that puts your brand at the center of the action.

TOURNAMENT + FESTIVAL + CONVENTION

Players compete on world-class fields while families explore your booth between games. Festival games, prizes, live entertainment, and direct product trials create constant foot traffic and engagement throughout the day.

BASEBALL’S NEWEST INNOVATION HUB

Vendor Village is the epicenter for discovering baseball’s newest and most innovative products. Families arrive ready to see what’s next — from cutting-edge training tech to gear, apparel, and performance solutions.

DIRECT ACCESS TO PLAYERS & PARENTS

Unlike traditional expos where attendees walk by, this environment creates natural touchpoints. Families return multiple times throughout the weekend, building relationships and trust with your brand.

EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY

BECOME AN

EXPERIENCE PARTNER

Go beyond the booth. Experience Partners have their products directly integrated into the on-field experiences, skills challenges, and player activations — creating authentic brand touchpoints with every participating player and parent throughout the weekend.

EXHIBITOR FAQ

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

The essentials for planning your show in the Vendor Village — setup, shipping, what’s provided, credentials, and getting there. Everything below is confirmed; anything else, Joe is one email away.

TBC EXPERIENCE MIDWEST | Ballparks of America · Branson, MO | September 4–7, 2026

When can I set up?2026-07-04T07:31:18-07:00

Two setup windows: Thursday, Sept 3 from 12:00–9:00 PM and Friday, Sept 4 from 7:00 AM–12:00 PM. The Kickoff Festival opens at noon on Friday, so plan to be fully set and staffed before 12:00 PM.

What are the expo hours?2026-07-04T07:31:11-07:00

The full expo runs 9:00 AM–6:00 PM on Saturday, Sept 5 and Sunday, Sept 6. Festival games stay open after 6:00 PM — you’re welcome to keep exhibiting, but it’s optional.

Do I have to exhibit the whole weekend?2026-07-04T07:31:04-07:00

Core expo hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM on Sept 5 & 6. Staying open after 6:00 PM (while festival games continue) and exhibiting on Championship Day, Monday Sept 7, are both optional.

How much foot traffic should I expect, and how does it work?2026-07-04T07:30:58-07:00

Traffic is built in. Every player and parent, from every team, completes a mandatory 60-Minute Team Experience inside the Vendor Village, with teams rotating through every hour, on the hour. Festival games with premium and standard prizes are placed throughout the Village to keep families moving past your booth. See Foot Traffic by Design for the full picture.

What’s provided, and what should I bring?2026-07-04T07:30:52-07:00

Every booth includes one 6′ table, two chairs, free WIFI, and trash access. Because the vast majority of vendors are outdoors in the Vendor Village, we recommend bringing a pop-up tent for shade and comfort — plus your display, signage, and product.

Is power available at my booth?2026-07-04T07:30:46-07:00

Yes — power is available in the Vendor Village. We recommend bringing your own extension cords to reach your booth from the nearest access point. For specific or higher-draw power needs, let Joe Nicholson know in advance at joe@thebaseballconvention.com so we can plan for it.

Can I sell my products at my booth?2026-07-04T07:30:40-07:00

Yes — you’re welcome to sell your own products directly from your booth throughout the event.

Who secures my booth location?2026-07-04T07:30:34-07:00

Joe Nicholson, your Founding Partnerships Director, reaches out about six weeks before the event to lock in your exact spot in the Vendor Village.

Where do I ship my inventory, and is there a fee?2026-07-04T07:30:29-07:00

Ship everything to Ballparks of America, 1000 Pat Nash Drive, Branson, MO 65616, marked Attn: The Baseball Convention Experience. Add your company name, on-site contact and phone, and piece count (e.g., 1 of 3) to every box. A $99 handling fee covers safe receipt and storage until you arrive to claim your shipment.

How do I get my credentials?2026-07-04T07:30:22-07:00

Email your required credentials to joe@thebaseballconvention.com ahead of time so your badges are ready, then pick them up at the Vendor Check-In table when you arrive at Ballparks of America.

How do I get to the venue, and where do I park?2026-07-04T07:30:16-07:00

Set your GPS to “Pat Nash Drive.” Ballparks of America is three miles south of downtown Branson, just off Highway 165, with free on-site parking. It’s roughly 22 minutes from Branson Airport, 50 from Springfield, and 3 hr 45 from Tulsa.

Where should I stay?2026-07-04T07:30:10-07:00

On-campus and adjacent lodging is available, including the Element Hotel right next to the complex — minutes from your booth. See Getting There & Stay above.

Do I need insurance?2026-07-04T07:30:03-07:00

We recommend carrying your own general liability coverage. Contact Joe with any certificate-of-insurance questions.

Can I do more than a booth — like sponsorship?2026-07-04T07:29:57-07:00

Absolutely. Beyond your booth, there are sponsorship opportunities to amplify your brand across the event. Contact Joe Nicholson at joe@thebaseballconvention.com to explore.
