    Do I have to exhibit the whole weekend?

    Core expo hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM on Sept 5 & 6. Staying open after 6:00 PM (while festival games continue) and exhibiting on Championship Day, Monday Sept 7, are both optional.

  • What are the expo hours?

    The full expo runs 9:00 AM–6:00 PM on Saturday, Sept 5 and Sunday, Sept 6. Festival games stay open after 6:00 PM — you're welcome to keep exhibiting, but it's optional.

  • When can I set up?

    Two setup windows: Thursday, Sept 3 from 12:00–9:00 PM and Friday, Sept 4 from 7:00 AM–12:00 PM. The Kickoff Festival opens at noon on Friday, so plan to be fully set and staffed before
