Brandon Vega is the founder of Wheelhouse Training, LLC. Located in Hillsborough, NJ. Brandon has helped athletes ranging from youth to pro sports achieve their highest potential.

Brandon is an HLP Certified Hitting Instructor. HLP (High Level Pattern) was founded by Richard Schenck. It is the hitting system used by Aaron Judge and many others ranging from youth to the MLB. Brandon has also obtained certificates from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). He also holds certificates from NASM as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES). Brandon also holds the Foundations of Pitching Certification from Driveline Baseball.

Under Brandon’s guidance, Wheelhouse Training has grown from strictly providing hitting services in New Jersey, to now providing remote coaching, nutrition, and baseball specific skills training (pitching/throwing, speed/strength training, hitting, and defense) all over the world.

Brandon’s goal is to guide athlete’s and build strong relationships with coaches who are on their pursuit for optimal training and development.

The hitting, pitching, and strength & conditioning systems currently used at Wheelhouse Training are backed by real results. Brandon first began creating the systems by testing them on himself as well as previous and current athletes’.

Brandon's playing career was highlighted by more setbacks and failures than success. However, these struggles allowed him the opportunity to create a crystal clear vision that Wheelhouse isn’t just about building superior athletes - it’s also about nurturing and developing young men, while collectively grinding towards a shared vision; whether that means being a Little League All-Star, making your High School team, earning a college scholarship, signing a pro contract, or making your debut in the big leagues. It’s where Hold the Vision | Trust the Process became a reality for him and is something that he stands on with each individual athlete at Wheelhouse.

Brandon also has experience working with football, basketball, track/field athletes, but is most known for his work with baseball players. Brandon specializes in high level hitting development, athletic performance development, mobility enhancement, speed and special strength training, and pitching/throwing development.
