You’re officially confirmed for the Video & Photo Package at the TBC Experience Midwest 2026, and we’re thrilled to capture this moment for you in Branson. The package is straightforward: your team will receive a dedicated time slot for their 60- Minute Team Experience. Once tournament schedules are released, you’ll show up, and we’ll handle the rest. Your final video and photos will be delivered approximately 14 – 21 days after the event.

WHAT YOUR VIDEO & PHOTO PACKAGE INCLUDES
Cinematic Highlight Reel – A professionally produced video capturing your team’s signature moment. Made for sharing.

Professional Still Photography – Professional photography taken during your dedicated time slot.

Dedicated Time Slot – Once tournament schedules are released; your team will be assigned a dedicated time slot. No competing with other teams for the camera.

Pre-Order Savings Locked In – By pre-ordering, you locked in $199 instead of the $249 on-site price — a $50 savings, and guaranteed availability when on-site slots are limited.

HOW IT WORKS
This package was designed to be effortless. There’s nothing to schedule, no wristband to pick up, and no booking forms to fill out. Once tournament schedules are released, you’ll receive an email with your team’s assigned production time slot. Show up to that time slot with your team. We’ll handle everything else.

Time Slot: Assigned after tournament schedules are released – Emailed directly to you.
Location: Ballparks of America, Branson, MO – Specific field and station included in your time slot email.

TIMELINE — WHAT TO EXPECT BETWEEN NOW AND THE EVENT
Tournament Schedule Release – Once tournament schedules are released, you’ll receive an email with your team’s assigned video and photo time slot, including the specific field and station.

Event Days · September 4–7, 2026 – Show up to your assigned time slot with your team. Arrive 30 minutes early. Our production team will be ready for you.

Approximately September 21, 2026 – Your final video and photo package will be delivered, approximately 14 days after the event. Watch your inbox for download links.

IMPORTANT POLICIES
TRANSFER – The Video & Photo Package is transferable up to August 28, 2026. Reply to this email to initiate a transfer.

REFUND POLICY – Full refund (less 10% processing) through July 15, 2026. 50% refund through August 15. No refunds after August 15. Event credit available for documented emergencies — reviewed case-by-case.

INCLEMENT WEATHER – TBC is rain-or-shine. If severe weather forces your assigned time slot to be cancelled or significantly disrupted, our team will reschedule you to an open slot the same weekend at no additional cost.
