Festival Credits are your currency for every game and challenge throughout Vendor Village — with prizes including batting gloves, sliding mitts, baseball gloves, bats, sunglasses, apparel, and more. Your credits will be waiting for you at check-in.

WHAT YOUR FESTIVAL CREDITS UNLOCK
Bonus Credits Locked In – Every $20 bundle pre-ordered earned you 5 bonus credits — a 25% lift you only get by ordering ahead. On-site purchases are 1 credit per $1, no bonus.

Festival Games & Challenges – Use your credits at every game and challenge throughout Vendor Village. Speed pitch, exit velocity, accuracy challenges, target competitions — all running throughout the weekend.

Prizes Worth Winning – Batting gloves, sliding mitts, baseball gloves, bats, sunglasses, apparel, and more. Real gear, not gimmicks — the kind of prizes worth playing for.

Credits Issued at Check-In – Your full pre-ordered credit balance, including bonus credits, will be issued at the check-in station when you arrive. No additional steps required.

HOW IT WORKS
Festival Credits are designed to be effortless. Pick them up at the check-in station when you arrive, then redeem them at any festival game or challenge throughout Vendor Village. Win the game, walk away with the prize.

Pickup: At check-in, when you arrive in Branson – No additional steps required.
Redeem At: Any festival game or challenge throughout Vendor Village – Look for the festival activation signage. Games run all weekend long.

TIMELINE — WHAT TO EXPECT BETWEEN NOW AND THE EVENT
Your Arrival Day – Stop by the check-in station to receive your Festival Credits, including all bonus credits.

Throughout the Weekend – Redeem your credits at any festival game or challenge throughout Vendor Village. Out of credits? Add more on-site at 1 credit per $1 (no bonus).

IMPORTANT POLICIES
TRANSFER – Pre-ordered Festival Credits are transferable to another attendee up to August 28, 2026. Reply to this email to initiate a transfer. Festival Credits cannot be redeemed for cash and have no value outside of TBC Experience events.

REFUND POLICY – Full refund (less 10% processing) through July 15, 2026. 50% refund through August 15. No refunds after August 15. Event credit available for documented emergencies — reviewed case-by-case.

INCLEMENT WEATHER – TBC is rain-or-shine. Festival games and challenges run throughout the weekend regardless of weather. Unused credits do not roll over to future TBC events.
